In the Nature Park of Lankoski grows among the others the delicate Corydalis Intermedia and Lankoski is one of the northern parts of Finland where you can spot hazel bushes.

The rules of the preservation area

In the area it is forbidden to:
-	cultivate the land
-	dig a ditch, clean or damn the waters or damage in anyway, alter or take the ground or bedrock
-	cut down trees
-	take herbs or parts of plants
-	disturb animals or destroy nests
-	make constructions, roads or paths
-	move around with motor vehicle
-	litter
-	make fire, go tenting or in other way to make camp

-	do other actions which might alter the landscape or have an effect on preserving the flora and fauna
